Terms of Service

These Terms of Service form a legally binding agreement between you and MIRANTA ENTERPRISES, the operator of SellerMind.

By accessing or using SellerMind, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you use SellerMind on behalf of a company, business, or other organisation, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.

SellerMind is a software platform designed to help e-commerce sellers with tasks such as pricing, profitability analysis, listing workflows, order-related processes, marketplace operations, and other seller activities.

SellerMind may provide web-based tools, browser extensions, dashboards, AI-powered features, analytics, calculators, and other services from time to time.

SellerMind does not own, operate, control, or represent third-party marketplaces unless expressly stated otherwise. Your relationship with those marketplaces is governed by their own terms and policies.

You must provide accurate information when creating or maintaining your SellerMind account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity performed through your account.

• You must not create an account using false or misleading information.
• You must not impersonate another person or business.
• You must not share your account in a way that violates your plan or usage limits.
• You must promptly notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation.
• You are responsible for maintaining access to the email address associated with your account.

SellerMind grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service for legitimate business purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may use the tools only for the purposes for which they are provided. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and results before relying on them in your business operations.

Features may change over time. We may introduce new functionality, modify existing features, discontinue features, or place additional usage restrictions where reasonably necessary to operate the Service.

Some SellerMind tools may process information that you obtain from your marketplace accounts or business operations.

You are responsible for ensuring that you are legally permitted to access, collect, upload, process, and use that information through SellerMind.

You must not provide SellerMind with passwords, payment credentials, UPI PINs, authentication secrets, or other credentials that SellerMind does not expressly require.

SellerMind is not responsible for your relationship with Meesho, Flipkart, Amazon, or any other third-party marketplace. You must comply with the applicable marketplace terms while using SellerMind.

SellerMind may provide a Chrome extension that interacts with supported marketplace pages and seller workflows.

The extension should only be used for its intended purposes and on supported websites or pages.

• You are responsible for installing the extension from an authorised source.
• You must keep the extension updated where updates are provided.
• You must not modify, reverse engineer, redistribute, or tamper with the extension.
• You must not use the extension to circumvent marketplace security, access controls, or usage restrictions.
• You must comply with the terms and policies of websites you access through the extension.

Some SellerMind features may require a paid subscription. Subscription prices, billing cycles, included features, and applicable limits will be displayed before purchase.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorise the applicable payment provider to process the payment according to the selected plan and billing cycle.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, a subscription may continue for the selected billing cycle and may renew according to the subscription terms presented to you at the time of purchase.

You are responsible for providing valid billing information and ensuring that payments can be successfully processed.

Taxes, where applicable, may be added to the displayed price or included as required by law.

SellerMind may provide certain tools or features at no charge. Free access may be subject to monthly, daily, account-based, or feature-specific usage limits.

Free usage limits are intended for legitimate individual usage. Creating multiple accounts or otherwise attempting to bypass usage limits is prohibited.

We may change free limits, available features, or eligibility requirements as the Service develops.

SellerMind may offer promotional codes, discounts, referral programmes, introductory pricing, or other promotional benefits.

• Promotional codes may be subject to eligibility requirements, expiry dates, usage limits, or applicable plans.
• Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotional codes cannot be exchanged for cash.
• A promotional code may be limited to one use per eligible customer.
• We may refuse, cancel, or restrict a promotional benefit where we reasonably believe it has been obtained through abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.
• Promotional terms displayed at the time of the offer may contain additional conditions.

You agree not to misuse SellerMind or use it in a manner that could harm the Service, other users, third parties, or our systems.

You must not:

• Use SellerMind for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive purposes.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts, systems, databases, APIs, or infrastructure.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or attempt to bypass technical protections.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to discover source code except where permitted by applicable law.
• Scrape, copy, reproduce, resell, or commercially exploit SellerMind functionality without permission.
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits, promotional restrictions, or account enforcement.
• Upload malicious code, malware, viruses, or harmful files.
• Use SellerMind to infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of another person or business.
• Use automation in a way that violates the terms or technical restrictions of a third-party marketplace.

You retain your rights to content and business information that you submit to SellerMind, subject to the rights necessary for us to operate the Service.

You grant SellerMind a limited licence to host, process, transmit, reproduce, and otherwise handle your submitted content only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the features you use.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions necessary for the content and information you submit.

Our handling of personal information is additionally governed by our Privacy Policy.

SellerMind and its software, website, branding, interface, design, code, documentation, graphics, logos, text, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to MIRANTA ENTERPRISES and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except for the limited right to use SellerMind under these Terms, no ownership rights are transferred to you.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, license, publish, or create derivative works from SellerMind materials without our prior written permission, except where permitted by law.

SellerMind may integrate with or rely on third-party services, marketplaces, payment processors, hosting providers, AI services, analytics services, or other external platforms.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies. We do not control the availability, functionality, security, pricing, or policies of third-party services.

SellerMind is not responsible for changes, outages, restrictions, account actions, or other events caused by third-party services.

SellerMind may provide AI-powered features that generate text, suggestions, classifications, analysis, listing content, or other outputs.

AI-generated output may contain errors, omissions, inaccuracies, or outdated information. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before using it in your business.

AI outputs should not be treated as guaranteed financial, legal, tax, marketplace, or business advice.

You remain responsible for ensuring that generated listings, descriptions, claims, prices, images, and other content are accurate and comply with applicable marketplace rules.

SellerMind is provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

We do not guarantee that the Service will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, completely accurate, or suitable for every business purpose.

Calculators, reports, analytics, AI outputs, pricing recommendations, profit estimates, marketplace information, and other results are provided as tools to assist you. They do not constitute guarantees of revenue, profit, sales, marketplace approval, or business performance.

You are responsible for independently verifying important information before making financial, commercial, tax, operational, or marketplace decisions.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MIRANTA ENTERPRISES and SellerMind will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of the Service.

This includes, where permitted by law, loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, data, goodwill, or expected savings.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MIRANTA ENTERPRISES, SellerMind, and their respective personnel from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and reasonable expenses arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your misuse of the Service.
• Your violation of another person's or business's rights.
• Content or information you submit to SellerMind.
• Your violation of a third-party marketplace's terms or policies.

You may stop using SellerMind and request closure of your account at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect the Service, users, third parties, or our legitimate interests, including where we believe an account has violated these Terms, engaged in fraud or abuse, or created a security risk.

Where appropriate and practical, we may provide notice before taking action. Immediate action may be taken where necessary to address security, fraud, abuse, or legal concerns.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute provisions, will continue to apply.

SellerMind is continuously developed and may change over time. We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features, integrations, tools, or parts of the Service.

We may also introduce new limits or technical requirements where reasonably necessary for security, reliability, performance, or business operations.

We will make reasonable efforts to avoid unnecessary disruption to active paid services where practical.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to SellerMind, applicable law, payment processes, features, or business practices.

The “Last updated” date at the top of this page identifies the current version.

If we make a material change, we may provide an appropriate notice through the Service, by email, or by another reasonable method before or when the updated Terms take effect.

Your continued use of SellerMind after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

The parties will attempt to resolve disputes through good faith communication before commencing formal proceedings.

Subject to applicable law, disputes relating to these Terms or the Service will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts applicable to the location of MIRANTA ENTERPRISES in West Bengal, India.
